Project Description
Over the course of years 2016-2017, Beaver Constructors, Inc. proudly partnered with the owner, developer, and construction manager of this project to perform multiple work scopes of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this 23,000-person capacity stadium renovation. Demolition, sitework, underground utilities, drilled shafts, foundations, soil nail retention wall, site concrete, interior concrete, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry work, totaling $10 million dollars, was all self-performed by Beaver. Beaver Constructors worked multiple shifts and supplied hundreds of men and women to help complete this project on schedule for the Hall of Fames’ enshrinement festivities.
