Project Description
Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the General Contractor for additions and renovations to the existing facility from 2016 to 2021. Overall, seven separate project phases were constructed by Beaver on this $7.7 million, 60,000 square foot project providing a complete renovation to the entire facility which also included multiple building additions. Beaver had to complete work while maintaining an active work environment for the Owner, therefore multiple phasing and sequencing was necessary to maintain daily operations for the Owner
