Claymont Stadium – Addition & Renovation

Beaver Constructors Inc. earned the contract to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk for this $4.5 million project. The 20,000 square foot Claymont City Schools project consisted of additions and renovations to the existing Claymont Stadium, along with a newly constructed pre-engineered metal building fieldhouse and separate restroom/concession/sales building. Completed in 2021, the stadium upgrades also included new grandstands and press box along with new synthetic turf, track, and tennis court surfaces.
