Canton Local Schools – Middle School

Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Canton Local Schools New Middle School project. This $20 million project was completed in 2022. The physical location of this project was challenging in the fact that the new school sits very close to a highly traveled State Route and fits tightly in between the existing bus garage and high school.  The new school is approximately 70,000 square feet and includes SCLE spaces. Also included in this project is the abatement/demolition of an existing school, a multi-phase renovation to another school, and redevelopment of their annex building.
