Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Perry Local Schools Career and Wellness Center project. Beaver constructed a new 37,500 square foot, $5 million-dollar addition to the existing high school. The addition included a multi-purpose, pre-engineered metal building gymnasium, new wrestling facilities, a state-of-the-art culinary lab and restaurant, fitness center, and classroom support spaces. The site included a new football practice facility and outdoor plaza with a built-in stage. The project broke ground in July and finished construction in February 2018. Surrounded by the bus garage, student parking lot, and football stadium, work finished at a rapid pace without interruption to the district’s standard activities.
