Standard Printing Company Building Expansion

Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the Construction Manager, completing two expansions. The first a 33,000 sq. ft. expansion included the site development and utilities, auger cast foundations, double wythe insulated masonry walls, and a 60 mill EDPM rubber roof. The interior featured two mezzanine structures, and a unique Master Plate Floor Hardener embedded into the reinforced concrete floor. The 2nd expansion, a 31,000-expansion, featured site development, utility relocations, new storm water management design, foundations, new loading docks, double wythe insulated masonry walls, and a 60 mill EDPM rubber roof. The interior featured one mezzanine structures, a new locker room and restroom facility, lunch and break areas, and the Master Plate Floor Hardener embedded into the reinforced concrete floor.
