Beaver Constructors Inc., was awarded the Design-Build contract for Shearer’s $5.5 million warehouse addition and exterior work project. Completed in 2021, the 50,000 square foot addition was a pre-engineered metal building with 8 docks and other necessary elements to allow it to operate seamlessly with their existing infrastructure. Beaver also relocated the existing oil and corn unloading ramps, along with their compactor. Beaver also poured 65,000 SF of concrete for their exterior paving and truck staging area.
