Robertson Heating & Supply Truck Garage

Beaver Constructors, Inc. constructed the truck garage behind Robertson Heating and Supply Co.’s main facility in Alliance, OH to house their over-the-road truck cabs when drivers return from their routes. Completed in 2018, the $1.1 million, 11,500 square foot structure is a pre-engineered metal building with 10 bays. The end bay includes a mechanic’s pit, which gives Robertson the ability to perform routine maintenance on their trucks as necessary. The garage is fully sprinklered and includes an exhaust capture system and CO2 sensor system to protect workers from any exhaust fumes.
