Perry Local Schools – New Elementary Schools

Beaver Constructors teamed up with Shook Construction in a 50/50 joint venture and was awarded the $77 million Construction Manager at Risk contract to construct three new elementary schools for the Perry Local School District in Stark County Ohio. New schools will be constructed at the current sites for PJ Lohr, Watson, and a new site for Southway school. Each building will be a 2-story structure approximately 65,000 sf each in size. Existing elementary schools will be demolished upon completion of the new buildings. The project also consists of renovations to the existing high schools.
