Beaver Constructors, Inc. served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Tallmadge City Schools Athletic Complex project. This $7.5 million project started in July 2018 and completed 12 months later in time to meet the summer practice schedule desired by the Owner.
The stadium portion of the project includes an 8,500 SF fieldhouse, multiple ticket booths, and a custom press box. The stadium seats approximately 5,000 fans for football, soccer, and track & field events. Phase 2 of the project, under a separate budget, includes further development of a softball field, baseball field, football practice fields, and a concession/restroom building to service that space.
